This is true, even on a genetic level. The V-MAT2 and the FOX family of genesets are incredibly helpful to understand when one hits the point described in your article. Thank you for sharing.

Fascinating! Not that I understand any of it. I might need to ask chatgpt to explain it to me like I’m 9 (even if being 9 is a distant memory for me). Unless, of course, you’d like to point me in the right direction!

Thank you for your vulnerability in asking.

I got told recently that my speech patterns and propensity to use long words marks me as somebody from the lower class because somebody from upper classes generally tried to use simple phrases and terms that provide clarity …

I think specificity creates greater clarity for those who are willing to take the time to learn the language they use .

I'm with you on that. And Wittgenstein, Sapir & Whorf. "The limits of my language are the limits of my world."

The short short version is the V-MAT2 gene sequence functions as a master node that changes the way your other genetic functions operate, and it is only turned on in people who believe or have faith.

And the FOX-0 family of gene sets also serve as a master node, analyzing your genetic sequences on a cellular level applying methyl groups to neutralize, junk, DNA and applying a function to methyl righteous DNA if the individual has done the work they need to heal in those ways. Meaning if you have a habit that is compromising your genetic and integrity then, even if you activate the FOX-0 family of gene sets won’t heal, but once you’ve done the work, your genetic sequences can still be expressing toxic patterns up until you’ve activated these sequences, and given your body, the opportunity to reflect and adapt.

One of the functions that turns on your FOX-0 family of gene sets is the metabolic production of heat shock proteins. Heat shock proteins are not protein you consume but a protein synthesize by your endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria when you experience, hypo or hyperthermia and produce a greater number of heat shock proteins when you experience them in quick succession, i.e. sauna, and then cold plunge.

Also, if you just plug that whole comment into ChatGPT, you’ll get deeper insights.

that sounds like belief + biology = real changes. It's one thing to just think about it, and a different one to know it's real!

I think probably the best way to learn of deep genetic knowledge is through the inference engine. That’s how I study most of my things, but then I verify, but I think you know this.

Hope really is The Thing That Keeps Us Going. I read somewhere about how it somehow generates energy in the brain? I’ve been meaning to fact check/explore that more.

I’ve found that giving up hope on hopeless things (like bad relationships or false ideas) makes space for new beautiful things 🙂 or at least new kinds of disillusionment 😅
